GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
These general terms and conditions of sale and use (General Terms and Conditions) apply to the services and products offered for sale on www.labellauri.com. All customer orders, regardless of the method used, imply their agreement to these General Conditions. The valid version is the one on the site during the customer's order. These General Conditions may be changed at any time by Laura Massera Tailoring. By continuing to use the site, the customer declares that he/she is aware of and accepts all terms and any changes.
PRICE
All prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT according to the percentages in force and do not include transportation. For orders placed from www.labellauri.com only the prices shown on this site at the time the customer submits his order are valid (input errors by the site operator are communicated to the customer as soon as possible and are not grounds for legal disputes) the customer has, however, the right to rescind the purchase in this case.
ORDER
The order is effective when the customer has confirmed his order on the site. Any customer requests (changes, additions,...) will be considered only if they do not affect the proper functioning of the service. Once an order enters the order preparation system, it can no longer be modified or cancelled. It is not possible to reserve or reserve goods by phone. If it happens that a customer buys in-store and at the same time a payment is made on the site, we will give precedence to the purchase in-store and refund the amount due by informing you by e-mail. Under no circumstances will this be grounds for other refunds.
PAYMENT
Payment is made at the time one's order is placed. AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
All merchandise can be found in our store or in the Tiffany room in Locarno. It can be viewed before purchase by making an appointment. As a rule, ready-made goods are shipped within three working days, while customized items take 2 to 3 weeks. If you are in a hurry and your payment has been confirmed by the Post Office respectively Bank, you can call or e-mail us to ask if you can have it faster. In no case before 24 hours or on weekends.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TERMS
Products ordered on the site are delivered only in Switzerland. Laura Massera Tailoring uses the service of the Post Office to deliver the goods to the domicile or to the 'address indicated by the customer at the time of purchase. Sartoria Laura Massera is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier and will not be held liable for non-performance of the contract concluded in case of: force majeure, anomalies or total or partial strike, especially of postal services and means of transport and / or communication, flood, fire. It is also not responsible for sending products to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer; no refunds will be made with regard to the various sections of the create your own outfit while with regard to the ready-made shop will be at the discretion of Sartoria Laura Massera. SHIPPING CHARGES
In-store pickup is free of charge. For items of small size and weight: standard shipping charges amount to CHF 10. For items with significant weight/volume, shipping charges are listed in the description or to be agreed upon. You can also request us for expedited or registered shipping.
